Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes uses of Recall Kitchen, LLC’s websites, app, API, and MCP that we do not allow. It is part of the Terms of Service and the API Terms. We may suspend or close access for a violation.

Do not

• Break the law, or help someone else break the law, using the Services
• Upload or request illegal content, including sexual content involving anyone under 18
• Try to identify a private person from a photo, or upload photos of people for that purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Services outside the API Terms
• Overload, disrupt, or probe the Services, or bypass rate limits, authentication, or the x402 paywall
• Reverse engineer the Services except to the extent the law expressly allows and does not permit a contract to restrict
• Share passwords or API keys, or use a key you are not authorized to use
• Resell the Services or republish our recall corpus as a competing feed
• Present Recall Kitchen alerts, share pages, or API results as official government, regulator, or retailer notices
• Remove or obscure the official-source link when you redistribute a notice
• Use the Services to send spam or to collect addresses
• Interfere with another person’s account

Safety

Recall Kitchen is not a government agency. Do not tell someone that a Recall Kitchen result is itself the official recall. Point them to the official source. A missing match is not proof that a product is safe.
