Cookie Policy
Recall Kitchen is an Iowa, United States company. This page describes how cookies and similar technologies work on our websites. It is meant for people in the United States. Questions: [email protected].
What we use
We use cookies only where they are needed to run the service or to keep it secure. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal information.
- Sign-in (app.recallkitchen.com). After you log in, we set a first-party session cookie so the app can keep you signed in. That cookie is essential to using a logged-in account. Login is provided with Auth0, which may also set cookies as part of authentication.
- Security and delivery. Our sites sit behind Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set cookies (for example to distinguish people from bots) in order to deliver pages and reduce abuse. Those cookies are set by Cloudflare, not by us, for security and network performance.
- Marketing pages (recallkitchen.com). The public pages do not set a first-party advertising or analytics cookie of our own. You may still see Cloudflare security cookies as described above.
What we do not use
We do not run third-party ad networks, retargeting pixels, or social “like” plugins on these pages. Server logs and operational telemetry (for example to find outages) are not advertising cookies.
How long they last
Session cookies last until you sign out or your browser session ends. Cloudflare security cookies follow Cloudflare’s own lifetimes. You can delete cookies from your browser at any time.
Your choices
U.S. law, including Iowa law, does not require a cookie-consent banner for this kind of first-party session and security use. You can still control cookies in your browser: block them, delete them, or use a private window. If you block all cookies, you will not be able to stay signed in to the app.
If you are in the European Economic Area or another place with stricter cookie rules, you can limit cookies in your browser or email us. The product is built for people in the United States.
More detail
How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy. Terms of use are in our Terms of Service.
